Door opening systems are very different to cars. The 3 and Y have a push-se-pull system, the X has a push system that activates the motorized doors, and the S’s handles pop out and then let you pull them open.
Model X and S have a similar key, which looks like a Hot Wheels car. Both have hidden buttons for unlocking and locking as well as opening the tailgate. 3 and Y card has a small credit card sized key to unlock it.
Headlights are different on the models. 3 and Y have relatively the same headlights and taillights.
The charging ports are different. S and X have the same with the indicator light around the port. 3 and Y have the same but with a small Tesla logo indicator light instead of the one around the port.
