The 8-9 year old day camp (July 11-13, 2023, 8am-4pm) is for the youngest group of 8 year olds and her 9 year olds. Activities include swimming, outdoor activities, STEM and ecology. The deadline for payment of the fee ($20.00) and registration is July 5, 2023. Check/money order only.

Summer Day Camps

Wilderness Day Camp (June 26-June 30, 2023, 8:30 AM-4 PM) is for young people ages 10-15. Activities include forestry, wildlife, and conservation. The deadline for payment of the fee ($35.00) and registration is June 19, 2023. Check/money order only.

Forks Day Camp (June 5-8, 2023, 8am-4pm) is for young people ages 11-14. Camp activities are centered on “cooking what you have grown”. Youth will learn cooking skills, meal planning, gardening practices, and how to bake bread. The deadline for payment of the fee ($30.00) and registration is May 19, 2023. Check/money order only.

All camps are located at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Jefferson County, 2729 W. Washington Hwy, Monticello, FL. The day camp fee is payable at the time of registration. Fees and deposits are non-refundable.
