What Are The Different Types Of Relationships
A catalyst is “a person who provokes or causes significant change or behavior.” The love factor is the part of you that makes your experience of the love kind. For example, it is the soul that causes self-love that causes a person to be attracted to him, it is the mind that causes the love of a close relationship. So, what motivates you is the person who provokes the feelings of the romantic type – we’ll get into that later.

Because each type of love is different, each love affects us in a unique way. Like a bouquet of flowers, where each color has a different symbol, the type of love can have a similar effect. Protection is a natural love rooted in parents and children as well as close friends. It is an infinite love built on acceptance and deep emotional connection. This love comes quickly and immediately in parent-child relationships.

Infidelity is an unrequited love for a partner. This leads to jealousy or codependency – known as codependency. Many cases of unrequited love happen to couples who do not have much love for each other. An imbalance of Eros and Ludus is the main cause of lust. With a healthy level of playful and romantic love, the hurt of tough love can be avoided.
The survival instinct makes a person want their partner to find a sense of self.
Philautia is a healthy type of love in which you recognize your own dignity and do not neglect your own needs. Self-love starts with taking responsibility for your well-being. It’s a challenge to show the kind of love that goes out because you can’t give what you don’t have.

Agape is the highest level of love you can give. It is given with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Agape giving is the solution to spreading love in all situations – including destructive situations. Agape is not a physical act, it is an emotion, but the act of self-love can trigger Agape as self-observation leads to results.

Our working relationships often reflect how well we can achieve our goals. Those who give instructions may think that this is not the case and it is only necessary to push themselves and others to ensure that the goal is achieved. The workplace departs from this idea and defines a successful culture as the ability to achieve goals and have strong working relationships – the definition of collaboration. Cooperation is not always possible or may be different depending on the social work we do.
This made me think about the different types of relationships we have with others in the workplace. I have developed a continuum below to illustrate my point, and the relationships on the left, such as dysfunctional, separate, or collaborative, more fractured, and relationships in ‘rights, such as business, cooperation, or trust, are becoming stronger. Most of the relationships I need to maintain are probably on the left side of the continuum, in areas of dysfunction or avoidance. Sometimes, working with a conflict facilitator or coach can help left-handed employees change their relationship with the center to be more cooperative or business-like. Or the organization can step in and separate employees to ensure that people have a psychologically safe workplace. Depending on the job and job prospects, avoiding relationships may not be a long-term solution. When we have a strong working relationship in a partnership or trust zone, it is usually colleagues who have the same idea or a high level of trust, making the collaboration easier and clearer.
Types Of Relationships
There is no right or wrong place on the continuum, it is a tool to build awareness of where our working relationships are and where we would like them to be. If we are happy to work in the field of business and our work requires only this kind of relationship, then everything is fine. If we are in a profession that requires constant and extensive support, then we need to reach beyond business relationships. But what if we encounter major obstacles to cooperation or building trust?
. Adam sees it as all of us trying to do something that is important to us. To do this, we will work with others. But these others include people we don’t agree with, like, or trust, so working with them seems impossible—like working with the enemy. In our workplace, we never choose the people we work with or associate with. We may need to work together, regardless of our relationship status, to get the job done.
Adam Kahane believes that the only way to do things when we don’t have strong working relationships is to let go of contracts, agreements and controls and learn to work with conflict, experimentation and good relationships. This is a new way of working together – collaboration.
How do we get there? Giving up control when you don’t trust others can go against our human nature and be out of sync with how our brains work. Sustainable cooperation will require support from other, neutral people who are not invested in the outcome but can create the necessary opportunities to gain support. People received training in conflict resolution and implemented strategies to build understanding and uncover interests and values. Individuals can support participants in finding solutions to complex problems facing our workplace and society, regardless of the type of work relationship they may have. The most successful relationships tap into the unknown and our next big challenge in the workplace.
